Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nEnterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) is a Roche cross-functional and cross-divisional network of master data specialists and subject-matter experts developing governance frameworks and maintenance processes to ensure high-quality and trusted master data as the backbone for seamless business operations, data analytics and digitalization.\nThe Opportunity:\nPlease note this is a fixed-term role for 1 year till 31.12.2027.\nIn the Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Data Manager role, you are responsible for the dedication towards undisturbed business activities by committing to Service Level Agreement. In this role, you will ensure that technological architecture meets user requirements, and will support the whole data maintenance related queries - including data quality, lifecycle management and monitoring. Execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process. Follow the instructions of the Cluster Lead - Enterprise Master Data Management Operations Ledger domain regarding the daily work coordination, and propose process and system improvements across multiple divisions. Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Finance, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain organizations.\nYour work will include but will not be limited to:\nHandling incoming incidents, supporting both Roche Affiliates and multiple regional and global IT departments\n\n2nd level evaluation of user requests based on ITIL methodology and prioritization towards IT accordingly\n\nCollaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions\n\nPerforms and participates in the analysis, (re)design and implementation of business and systems processes and procedures following appropriate standards\n\nManagement of continuous data cleansing and Data lifecycle management\n\nMaintenance of SOPs, Knowledge Base and User Guidance\n\nAudit control management (ICFR)\n\nTraining material preparation and delivery (including delta training) - using Train the Trainer and end user concepts\n\nProject management (lead, coordinate, facilitate, participate within RSS projects and participate in global projects)\n\nWho you are:\nWe are looking for someone who is self-motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization.
