Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nKey Responsibilities\nOperational Routines Mapping: Survey current maintenance routines across the site's various systems and installations, identifying workflows, frequencies, and responsible parties.\n Procedure Drafting and Standardization: Design, draft, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and control forms for each preventive routine.\n Checklist Design: Create clear, practical field tools (checklists, inspection sheets, and step-by-step guides) to streamline daily execution and technical records.\nDocument Integration and Consolidation: Structure and organize the site maintenance procedure library, ensuring version control, standardized naming conventions, and easy access for technical staff and contractors.\nProcess Improvement Identification: Analyze gaps between field execution and theoretical documentation to propose adjustments that optimize time, enhance safety, and eliminate operational ambiguities.\nTraining and Rollout: Assist in communicating and validating new procedures with technicians and supervisors prior to official release.\nQualifications and Requirements\nAcademic Background: Student in the final stages of study or recent graduate eligible for an internship in Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.\n Technical Skills:Excellent technical writing, conceptual clarity, and synthesis skills.\nGeneral understanding of facility systems and technical infrastructure.\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio or other mapping tools are a plus).\nBasic knowledge of quality management, process standardization (SOPs), and maintenance best practices.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nSoft Skills:High attention to detail, organization, and methodological discipline.\nAssertive communication skills to engage effectively with operational staff and leadership.\nProactive attitude, strong initiative to resolve field questions, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.\n\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
