The Position

The Global Digital Hub has been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.

As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global

Digital Hub long-term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of our Social Media

priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different Social Media initiatives, you

work with relevant stakeholders and assist them on how to further develop their social media

performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools to meet their overall

goals.

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for supporting and partnering with our Business

Partners in executing on the social media strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across

the Roche online presence. The role is expert in all aspects of content and channel management

across different social media platforms and can build out reporting metrics that support the

business in continuing its growth to meet KPIs and objectives.

The Opportunity:

• Understanding and managing social media campaigns and/or channels in a way that supports other digital channels’ initiatives and ensures a cohesive and enjoyable experience for the customer.
• Understanding the business partner’s preferences, identifying the unmet needs, suggesting new Social Media tactics and opportunities for the business partner to reach program goals
• Monitoring and replying to customer queries received via inbox and/or global social media channels, content monitoring on social media channels for questions, adverse events, and product complaints reporting
• Keeping accounts, billing and payment information up to date
• Supporting and leading cross-functional initiatives, maintaining a global perspective even when supporting departmental efforts
• Business Process Management: As a center of excellence, establish process governance principles and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibility

Who you are:

• 1-3 years of experience in managing social media channels, including community management, campaign implementation & optimisation and analytics reporting
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Additional languages are a plus, based on region/customer requirements
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, well organized and efficient with time management
• Strong project management, analytical, and technical skills
