You will work closely with other members of the Global Digital Hub team to develop creative concepts and solutions that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives. In this position you will be focusing on:\nExecuting creative design projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality and visually appealing designs by using design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and refine designs.\nCollaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand design requirements, objectives, and project deliverables and supporting/guiding junior designers, offering feedback and helping them develop their skills and design capabilities,\nAssisting in the development of design concepts and solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and align with project goals.\nManaging multiple design projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nCreating design assets for various mediums, including print materials, digital graphics, social media content, presentations, and marketing collateral.\nEnsuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables to maintain brand identity and visual coherence.\nWho you are:\nYou have 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and in creating visually compelling designs for both print and digital mediums, preferably in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment.\nYou have strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools and in-depth knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.\nYou have demonstrated the ability to conceptualize and develop creative solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and objectives.\nYou can manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.\nYou are fluent in English and have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.\nPlease attach yourDesign Portfolioto your application along with your CV.\nRelocation benefits are not available for this job posting\nExplore what the Global Digital Hub is about.\nDiscover the Roche Services & Solutions Center and how we work together as a truly global team!\n#GlobalDigitalHub# #RSS\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
