Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\n Objetivo del puesto:Brindar soporte al equipo de marketing en la planeación, ejecución y seguimiento táctico de las estrategias comerciales para las líneas de negocio de laboratorio (Core Lab, Patología, Molecular, Secuenciación y Banco de Sangre), contribuyendo al posicionamiento del portafolio y a la generación de oportunidades de negocio.\nResponsabilidades principales:\nApoyar al equipo en la ejecución y seguimiento de tácticas de marketing para cada una de las líneas de negocio de laboratorio (Core Lab, Patología, Molecular, Secuenciación y Banco de Sangre).\nColaborar en la preparación, revisión y gestión de materiales promocionales y contenidos alineados a las estrategias de cada línea.\nDar soporte operacional en la organización de eventos, congresos y lanzamientos de productos para clientes y socios comerciales.\nCoordinar con el equipo de comunicación, diseño y agencias externas para la producción de materiales y entregables en tiempo y forma.\nParticipar en la investigación de mercado, benchmarking competitivo y análisis de tendencias en el sector diagnóstico.\nApoyar en la recopilación de información y métricas clave para el armado de reportes de desempeño de las iniciativas de negocio.\nDar seguimiento administrativo al registro de prospectos, clientes y requerimientos de las líneas de negocio.\nPerfil requerido:Educación:\nEstudiante universitario (últimos semestres) en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Biología, Químico Farmacéutico Biólogo (QFB), Biotecnología, Administración o carreras afines al sector salud/ciencias de la vida.\nExperiencia y conocimientos esenciales:\nInglés intermedio (lectura y conversación).\nInterés por el sector diagnóstico, médico o biotecnológico.\nManejo básico de paquetería Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\nExcelente redacción y ortografía.\nCapacidad de análisis, organización y atención al detalle.\nHabilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.\nDisponibilidad para laborar medio tiempo (20-25 horas semanales).\nConocimientos y habilidades deseables:\nNociones básicas sobre entornos de laboratorio clínico o diagnóstico médico.\nNociones generales de comunicación de marca y mercadotecnia.\nProactividad, curiosidad científica y alto sentido de responsabilidad.\n Beneficios:Oportunidad de aprendizaje e inmersión práctica en el sector de diagnóstico de alta complejidad (Core Lab, Patología, Molecular, Secuenciación y Banco de Sangre).\nDesarrollo profesional continuo en estrategias corporativas de marketing comercial.\nFlexibilidad de horarios acorde a tus estudios.\nIntegración a un entorno multicultural e innovador dentro de la compañía.\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
