Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nPosition Summary:\nAs an Intern on our RSS team, you will be responsible for daily activities in accordance with established service levels and SOPs. Your role involves collaborating closely with team members and following instructions from the Team Lead to ensure smooth work coordination.\nResponsibilities:\nService Delivery:\nUtilize our ticketing system to manage incoming requests and issues.\n\nProvide end-user support, including answering system-related queries, conducting training, and offering consultancy on system functionalities.\n\nAct as a liaison for process and system changes, including handling enhancement requests.\n\nEnsure proper use of the Repository tool, manage contract record maintenance, and maintain compliance with audit requirements. Participate in the audit process as per SOP.\n\nSupport project-related activities such as contract migration, system deployment, and cleansing exercises. Additionally, liaise with and train business stakeholders.\n\nOnboard suppliers to our vendor management tool.\n\nRequirements:\nEnrolled in a bachelor's or associate degree program related to business administration, legal studies, or a related field.\n\nStrong attention to detail for accurate contract record processing and maintenance.\n\nOrganizational skills to efficiently manage contract documents.\n\nEffective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with team members and external parties, with proficiency in Mandarin.\n\nComputer proficiency, including familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Knowledge of ERP software such as SAP or ARIBA is a plus.\n\nBasic understanding of contract management principles or a willingness to learn during the internship.\n\nProblem-solving skills to identify and address contract record-related issues.\n\nAdaptability to different software tools and processes used within the organization.\n\nAwareness of the importance of confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards when handling contract records.\n\nStrong teamwork skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.\n\nNo work experience is required.\n\nAble to work at least six (6) months of internship duration.\n\nWho we are\nAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
