Pre-Event Planning & Coordination\nAssist Event Owners with drafting Event requests detailing setup, menu, and AV requirements.\nCoordinate with clients to gather guest counts, seating arrangements, dietary restrictions, and timeline confirmations.\nAttend weekly meetings with the Site Services Team (SHE, Facilities & IT) to ensure alignment on upcoming functions.\n2. Event Operations & Execution\nAssist in overseeing room setups (tables, staging, lighting, AV) to ensure compliance with client specifications and safety standards.\nWelcome event hosts and guest speakers upon arrival, serving as an on-site point of contact during live events.\nLiaise with external vendors during load-in and teardown to ensure all logistical processes are being followed.\n3. Administrative Support\nMaintain updated client request logs.\nConduct site inspections and venue tours.\nProcess post-event client feedback surveys.\nSupport the creation of the event management process at the site.\nPropose process improvements.\nBasic Qualifications\nActive student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.\nIntermediate to advanced English proficiency.\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
