Ejecución y soporte a la estrategia de diagnóstico:\nAsegurar la correcta implementación de las tácticas definidas para las pruebas de alto valor en los grupos de especialidad médica.\nDar seguimiento a los planes de acción donde convergen las áreas de laboratorio y clínica, asegurando que no haya \"silos\" de información.\n2. Comunicación y posicionamiento externo:\nColaborar en el diseño de materiales y experiencias (materiales promocionales, eventos, webinars) que comuniquen no solo la prueba técnica, sino el valor integral (eficiencia operativa + beneficio clínico) que Roche ofrece para las áreas de especialidad médica.\nAyudar a visibilizar casos de éxito donde la estrategia de Diagnóstico de Alto Valor haya impactado positivamente en la institución de salud.\n4. Análisis de ejecución:\nMonitorear el avance de la estrategia mediante KPIs claros (ej. número de interacciones, utilización y adopción de materiales promocionales, impacto de eventos y esfuerzos promocionales de las pruebas de alto valor).\nPerfil del Candidato\nCarreras: Marketing, Administración, Comunicación, Ciencias de la Salud, entre otras con enfoque en negocio y comunicación digital.\n Habilidades: Capacidad de síntesis (traducir lo técnico a estratégico), gestión de proyectos (Project Management básico), comunicación efectiva a distintos niveles.\nSe requiere inglés avanzado y conocimientos en Excel y PowerPoint (nivel ejecutivo).\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
