We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly curious IT Training & Transition Intern to join our team.\nUnder the mentorship of a Senior IT Training Expert, you will serve as our \"Technology & Enablement Explorer.\" In this role, you will evaluate Roche’s suite of digital tools to discover how they can be used to improve training delivery, streamline knowledge sharing, and support upcoming service transitions. Beyond exploring new technologies, you will play a crucial role in auditing, restructuring, and cleaning up our shared digital repositories to ensure our training assets and transition documentation are organized, up-to-date, and accessible across the organization.\nIf you love exploring software, organizing complex information, and helping people adopt new technologies, this internship offers a direct look into how enterprise IT enables seamless global operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnology Exploration & Tool Enablement:Explore and evaluate existing Roche applications, software, and digital tools.\nIdentify practical use cases for how these tools can enhance training delivery, automate learning workflows, or streamline transition handovers.\nPresent recommendations on underutilized tool features that could improve knowledge retention and team productivity.\n\n Knowledge Management & Shared Drive Cleanup:Audit and reorganize shared drives, SharePoint sites, and repository folders used by the Training and Transition teams.\nArchive outdated assets, establish standardized naming conventions, and build a streamlined folder structure for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), transition checklists, and training modules.\nEnsure transition documentation and training collateral are easily searchable for trainers, L1 support agents, and operational stakeholders.\n\nTraining & Transition Support:Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting training materials, user guides, and transition documentation for new tool rollouts or service handovers.\nCollaborate with trainers and transition leads to identify documentation gaps during service go-lives.\n\nWho You Are (Qualifications)\nCurious & Tech-Minded: You have a strong interest in technology and software applications, with a natural drive to experiment with tools to understand their full potential.\nOrganized & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in creating order out of digital clutter and enjoy designing intuitive file structures and documentation systems.\nEffective Communicator: You can digest technical concepts and help translate them into clear instructions or structured learning content.\nAdaptable Problem-Solver: You are comfortable working on open-ended tasks, taking initiative, and asking questions to move projects forward.\nEducational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Corporate Training/Education, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or a related field.\n\nWhat You Will Learn & Perks\n Enterprise Transition & Training Mastery: Gain hands-on experience with how large-scale enterprise IT organizations handle service transition frameworks (ITIL) and deliver adult training programs.\nDirect Mentorship: Work closely with an experienced Training Manager who will coach you on instructional design, IT service delivery, and professional skill development.\nTangible Impact: Your drive cleanup and tool exploration will directly improve operational readiness and make daily workflows smoother for training and transition teams globally.\nPortfolio Building: Build a strong portfolio of achievements demonstrating proficiency in knowledge architecture, tool evaluation, and training operations within a Fortune Global 500 company.\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
