Im Fokus dieser Rolle steht nicht der klassische IT-Support, denn für operative Anfragen haben wir bereits tolle Onsite-Support-Teams vor Ort. Du fungierst stattdessen als strategischer Business Partner: Deine Mission ist es, unsere digitale Transformation aktiv mitzugestalten, die Akzeptanz moderner Lösungen zu fördern und zukunftsweisende IT-Enablement-Strategien direkt vor Ort zu entwickeln.\nDa wir an zwei Standorten in Wien präsent sind (in 1210 und 1010), bist du regelmäßig zwischen den beiden Standorten unterwegs.\nWas dich erwartet:\nDu bist das Gesicht der IT: Du sorgst für ein exzellentes digitales Erlebnis an all unseren Standorten.\nDu berätst und begleitest: Du unterstützt unsere Teams bei der Nutzung konzernweiter IT-Lösungen und Prozesse.\nDu förderst Wissen: Durch Schulungen hilfst du dabei, dass alle sicher und gerne mit unserer IT und digitalen Lösungen arbeiten.\nDu koordinierst: Ob externe Partner:innen oder interne Remote-Teams - du hältst alle Fäden zusammen und stellst sicher, dass der Service stimmt.\nDu treibst Qualität: Anhand von Daten erkennst du Trends, verbesserst unsere Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Ziele erreicht werden.\nDu gestaltest aktiv: Vom IT-Einkauf über das Asset-Management bis hin zur Automatisierung, du packst an, wo Prozesse effizienter gestaltet werden können.\nDu baust Brücken: Du arbeitest eng mit globalen IT-Teams zusammen, um neue Standards einzuführen und spannende lokale Projekte umzusetzen.\nDu behältst den Überblick: Egal ob Budgetplanung, IT-Audits oder Disaster Recovery - du bist die verlässliche Stütze vor Ort.\nWer du bist:\nDu hast Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management und Projekte zu leiten bereitet dir Freude.\nDu hast eine agile, unternehmerische Denkweise und arbeitest gerne über Silos hinweg zusammen.\nDu bist neugierig, handelst integer und brennst für innovative Lösungen.\nHardware, Software, mobile Geräte - du fühlst dich in gängigen IT-Umgebungen zu Hause.\nSehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. \nErfahrung mit KI-gestützter Workflow-Automatisierung ist ein Plus.\nEs erwartet dich ein Jahresgehalt ab € 56.000,00 brutto Vollzeit, sowie ein leistungsorientierter Bonus und attraktive Benefits.
