Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nYour opportunity\nProvide IT sales proposals and follow up on the deal with sales force\nProvide on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot and rectify IT-related problems\nConfigure Lab IT products to improve medical lab workflow and meet the needs of the customer\nDocument all changes, modifications, scripts/programs created on Lab IT software\nConduct operator, applications, and service training for customers and staff\nPromote and demonstrate Lab IT software to customers\nProvide progress reports on assigned projects\nDeliver service, preventive maintenance, and software upgrade commitments according to the planned schedule\nSource, develop, prepare, and maintain training and literature materials\nLiaise with Regional or Global IT support to manage technical issues\nWho you are\nHave a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health/Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology disciplines\nHave hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, databases, and programming languages\nHave multinational company experience in a similar capacity\nNice to have\nPreferably with medical laboratory experience\nMarketing and business development experience will be a plus\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
