In this dual-capacity role, you will design business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready solutions within a complex multi-product environment while taking ownership of end-to-end service delivery performance, operational stability, vendor SLA compliance, and service lifecycle management.\nYou will bridge the gap between strategic technology roadmaps and day-to-day IT operational excellence, ensuring solutions are not only architecturally sound and scalable, but also reliably\nThe opportunity:\nArchitectural Scope & Technical Leadership\nDesign scalable solutions meeting product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards within a complex, multi-solution RDT ERP landscape.\nDocument and evolve architecture across the product lifecycle, managing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), fitness functions, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).\nDefine conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, ontologies, and integration pathways.\nDevelop, maintain, and drive the product technology roadmap while proactively managing technical debt, evaluating external technology trends, and conducting vendor technical assessments.\nDelivery & Service Operations Management\nEnd-to-End Service Governance: Oversee the operational delivery life cycle for ERP solution platforms, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), operational level agreements (OLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.\nService Continuity & Incident Escalation: Act as the major incident escalation point for critical service disruptions; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives.\nRelease & Operations Alignment: Align architectural change roadmaps with IT Service Management (ITSM) operational models, change management workflows, and zero-downtime deployment strategies.\nVendor & Service Provider Management: Drive operational accountability with third-party software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers to guarantee quality delivery, contract compliance, and value realization.\nStakeholder Management & Strategy\nCommunicate complex architectural and operational concepts clearly to executives, business process owners, and cross-functional delivery teams.\nNegotiate strategic operational trade-offs between architectural purity, project delivery speed, cost, and long-term service stability.\nEnsure full alignment between strategic IT roadmaps, business capabilities, and day-to-day service operations.\nWho you are:\nArchitecture Expertise:\nProven track record designing standards-based solutions in complex, multi-product enterprise environments.\nMastery of reference architectures, data modeling, integration pathways, and NFR management.\nStrong capability in leading architecture reviews, technology piloting, and technical debt reduction.\nDelivery & Service Management:\nITIL v4 minimum certifications or equivalent hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).\nDemonstrated leadership in operational service delivery, incident/problem/change management, and SLA tracking.\nProven experience managing multi-million Managed Service Provider (MSP) contracts, vendor deliverables, and vendor performance metrics.\nDomain & Compliance:\nBackground in GxP environments, Computer System Validation (CSV), and regulated pharma/life sciences industry, quality and clinical experience (highly beneficial).\nHands-on exposure to enterprise ERP implementations (SAP BTP, S/4HANA, or core ERP platforms, nice to have SAP Batch Release Hub).\nSoft Skills & Leadership:\nExceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to mentor junior architects, service managers, and cross-functional delivery teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on business value.\nWhat you get:\nSalary range 19,075 - 35,425 PLN gross based on the employment contract.\nAnnual bonus payment based on your performance.\nDedicated training budget (training, certifications, conferences, diversified career paths etc.).\nRecharge Fridays (2 Fridays off per quarter available).\nTake time Program (up to 3 months of leave to use for any purpose).\nVacation subsidy available.\nFlex Location (possibility to perform our work from different places in the world for a certain period of time).\nTake Time for Charity (additional paid leave of maximum 2 weeks to engage in the charity action of your choice).\nPrivate healthcare (LuxMed packages), group life insurance (UNUM) and Multisport.\nStock share purchase additions.\nYearly sales of company laptops and cars and many more!\nApply directly and join us in shaping the future of healthcare.\nIf you feel this offer suits a friend of yours, feel free to share it.\nWant to know what it’s like to be a part of Roche IT first-hand?
