Joining Roche means bringing your purpose to a team that values integrity, courage, and passion, ensuring that the right treatment reaches the right patient at the right time.\nThe Opportunity\nDrive System Strategy: Serve as the global Technology PT Product Owner for Learning Management technologies (specifically Cornerstone on Demand), effectively translating complex business requirements into standardized technical solutions.\n\nManage Lifecycle & Governance: Direct the entire system lifecycle-including upgrades, system replacements, and retirements-while strictly adhering to established change management processes.\n\nShape Product Roadmaps: Partner closely with the Global Learning Solutions (GLS) team to define product vision, align roadmaps, manage feature backlogs, and prioritize system enhancements.\n\nEnsure Compliance & Data Stewardship: Act as the dedicated Business Data Steward, ensuring unwavering GxP compliance, strict data governance, and adherence to global quality policies.\n\nLead Cross-Functional Teams: Mobilize and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams spanning global Learning departments, business stakeholders, IT partners, and validation functions.\n\nOptimize Processes & Systems: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage deviations and CAPAs, and oversee master data validation within validated quality systems.\n\nGovern the Learning Ecosystem: Manage the integration and structural nuances of the learning ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow, reporting, and interface connectivity across global manufacturing and commercial sites.\n\nWho you are\nYou possess deep technical expertise: You bring 7+ years of experience in Learning Management technology and platform management-specifically Cornerstone on Demand-ideally with Roche Super Admin-level competency.\n\nYou are an expert in regulated environments: You possess a strong understanding of database management, data analytics, and software validation within validated or controlled pharmaceutical/healthcare environments (GMP, FDA, GxP).\n\nYou are strategically and academically qualified: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field (or an equivalent qualification like a Federal Diploma of Higher Education) combined with a proven track record in formulating long-term computer system strategies.\n\nYou are an Agile collaborator and communicator: You are highly skilled at utilizing Agile methodologies and possess exceptional communication skills to convey technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nYou are an advanced Cornerstone administrator: You have mastered creating dynamic groups, modifying training components, building complex Reporting 2.0 dashboards, and resolving system configuration errors efficiently.\n\nYou are a proactive problem solver: You possess a technical foundation paired with sharp business acumen, allowing you to troubleshoot intricate system issues, navigate escalation paths through ServiceNOW, and adapt setups to meet diverse site-specific needs.\n\nYou are a collaborative mentor and standard-setter: You are committed to sharing your knowledge by acting as a trainer or observer for specialized Cornerstone sessions and creating updated standard operating procedures based on new feature releases.\n\n**Relocation is not eligible for this position**\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent technical/vocational qualification (such as a Federal Diploma of Higher Education).\nExperience:\n- 7+ years of experience in technology, systems and platforms management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.\n- Experience with validated or controlled environments required\n- Demonstrated proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle\n- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA) and Quality Systems.\nBusiness skills:\n- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.\n- A technical foundation paired with business acumen is essential for success in this hybrid role.\n- Experience with Agile Methodologies\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
