That’s what makes us Roche.\nYour opportunity:\nAs the Marketing Director for GI, the role will focus on design the marketing plan and strategy based on the analysis and research of market data with the aim at meeting the business ambition.\nPlanning\nYou will be responsible for setting up marketing plan and strategy based on the analysis and research of market data\nYou will be responsible for executing marketing plan in a correct direction through timely cross-functional collaboration and customer communication Product Management\nYou will keep regular academic visit to TAEs and HCPs. Enhance the recognition and reputation of the Roche products\nYou will plan, allocate and implement annual marketing plan\nYou will conduct market research to understand market, competitors, brand positioning Financial Management\nYou will allocate and Manage sales budget to maximize ROI\nYou will develop, maintain and report on Sales forecasts Team Management\nYou will provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, direction to staff, including hiring, manpower allocation, performance management, training, and professional development Change Management\nYou will Initiate creative platforms and transform business model to build competitive advantage\nWho you are:\nYou are holding the Bachelor or above\n\nYou have 6+ years and above experience in marketing, medical or access\n\nSolid marketing experience in Oncology area\n\nYou have excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)\n\nPreferred:\nConsulting, strategic planning, strategic marketing preferred\n\n6 years of Consulting, Strategic Planning, Pharmaceutical, Cross-regional/functional/multiproduct management working or relevant marketing experience preferred\n\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
