Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nAs a Payroll, Time & Benefits (PTB) Senior Specialist within our People Support Solutions (PSS) team, you will drive accurate, high-quality payroll, time, and benefits administration to empower our workforce globally.\nThis role is based in Bosnia & Herzegovina and will support Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Georgia, reporting to the PTB Senior Team Lead.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nExecute end-to-end payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and global/local benefits administrative activities with precision.\nProvide expert advisory and resolution for complex employee and manager inquiries via ServiceNow internal inquiries management system.\nManage mass data uploads, monitor Workday integrations, execute system data maintenance in support of P&C business processes, and resolve system interface errors proactively.\nCollaborate cross-functionally across regional and global PSS networks to drive local process consistency. \nLead and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to elevate service quality. \nGuide, coach, and onboard team members to foster a continuous learning environment. \nEnsure regulatory compliance in line with applicable countries, customers, and regulations.\nDevelop and manage key stakeholder relationships to partner in a proactive and customer-outcomes-focused way.\nSupport P&C Chapters in system maintenance activities and assist with country non-PTB activities as needed.\nProvide guidance and advisory to first-level P&C support teams.\nOwn process knowledge development and contribute to updating relevant documentation (SOPs, KA, SWIs).\nEnsure end-to-end ownership of resolution and consistent, reliable service delivery aligned with defined KPIs and ServiceNow OKRs.\nWho You Are\nYou are a customer-centric HR operations professional who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic, and cross-cultural environment. You bring strong problem-solving skills, analytical rigor, and a commitment to continuous improvement.\nExpertise and skills required:\nProven (3+ years) of experience in payroll and benefits administration, working experience within international environment is an advantage\nUniversity degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics or related field\nPractical knowledge of full payroll cycles, tax rules, and local social insurance processes\nHands-on experience managing HR and payroll systems (e.g., Workday) and handling mass data uploads\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reconciliation (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)\nAct with sense of urgency\nCollaborative mindset seeking the best solutions and work closely with members from other P&C functions e.g. Recruitment, Employment Lifecycle Management, Compensation and Rewards, etc.\nAbility to handle conflicting priorities and prioritize effectively\nFluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills and the local language fluency\nPlease submit your CV in English.
