Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nPharmacy Intern will be participating in the training program for Pre-Registration Pharmacists (Indirect Patient Care). The intern will develop fundamental knowledge in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Risk Management throughout the lifecycle of a product and enabling safe access to innovative treatments for the patients, ensuring optimal benefit-risk balance for a therapeutic product.\nAt the end of the training programme, the intern should achieve the following;\nUnderstand and apply pre-marketing pharmacovigilance requirements in Asia Pacific\nUnderstand and apply post-marketing pharmacovigilance requirements in Asia Pacific\nUnderstand EU Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) and its implementation in global processes\nUnderstand and apply how Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) as a foundational block contributes to further signaling and benefit-risk analysis activities\nUnderstand and apply how Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) ensures accountability\nAppreciate and understand the roles and responsibilities of various job functions to enable access to innovative treatments for patients\nTo be able to accurately assess and independently complete some Pharmacovigilance requirements\nDemonstrate soft skills, project management and presentation skills\nQualifications\nWe are looking for candidates who share our passion for people and our company’s values of integrity, courage and passion. You should also meet the following criteria:\nBased in Singapore for the program period\nExpected to graduate with Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons)\nMeet the eligibility requirements of National University of Singapore (NUS) and Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) for Indirect Patient Care rotation\nGrowth mindset with learning agility\nAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively and efficiently in an international set-up\nGood interpersonal skills, ability to build strong sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders\nExcellent command of written and spoken English.
