The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.\nThe Opportunity:\nAs a Procurement Delivery Manager, you will be an individual contributor working in multidisciplinary teams who will play a variety of roles according to your experience, knowledge, and the general business/team requirements, such as:\nContribute towards achieving team goals regarding Financial/Non Financial outcomes, Continuity of Supply and Procurement Excellence focus areas.\nProcurement practitioner developing and executing category strategies and tactical/strategic initiatives by leveraging spend, category know-how, robust sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier management, and project management methodologies and skills to deliver on objectives and support the enhancement of the skills and knowledge of team members.\nContent and automation advocate ensuring category strategy into content and automated buying channels, guidelines, best practices, and communication materials that improve business adoption, satisfaction, and overall efficiency.\nAct as a role model and influencer for the other team members and support the extended team collaborating in global projects, communities or networks within the GP organization.\nManage suppliers and internal stakeholder relationships that contribute to the aim of the GP organization.\nDevelop core capabilities to drive effectiveness and efficiency of our Procurement activities for an improved customer experience.\nDeliver on customer priorities and opportunities, while enabling Roche to meet its societal and environmental commitments.\nDeal with administrative tasks necessary to develop and maintain our systems and processes.\nYour successful performance and contribution depend on the full embodiment and demonstration of core mindsets and behaviors, including an entrepreneurial spirit, enterprise thinking, inclusive collaboration, and desire for continuous learning that underpin our culture and ways of working.\nWho you are:\nYou hold a university degree, with a business degree preferable. \nYou have 5+ years of experience in global category management, strategic sourcing, procurement contracting, and operational category efficiency projects. \nYou are capable of driving conversations with senior management with strong knowledge in the IT ground.\nIn addition, you have:\nSolid leadership experience with strong influential skills.\nExtensive IT sourcing, IT procurement and/or IT vendor management experience and specific category knowledge in IT Professional Services, Infrastructure, Application Services and/or Software Licensing from a large scale organization.\nExecutive presence and comfortable with interacting with both internal stakeholder and external vendor executive leadership.\nDemonstrated project management skills.\nBusiness level fluency in English.\nMindset and behaviors:\nYou strive to act as an enterprise thinker and leverage knowledge and expertise to create solutions for business customers by proactively fostering collaboration, including across the procurement network.\nYou are action-oriented and can make decisions and influence others to do the same; you repurpose work and ideas in favor of starting from scratch.\nYou demonstrate curiosity, active listening, and a willingness to experiment and test new ideas when appropriate, focusing on continuous learning and improvement.\nYou work with colleagues across procurement, business, and the broader Roche organization to broaden knowledge and expertise, better understand customer needs, and connect the dots.\nYou are open-minded and inclusive, generously sharing ideas and knowledge while being receptive to ideas and feedback from others.\nWhat you get:\nCompetitive salary based on the employment contract.\nAnnual bonus payment based on your performance.\nHybrid work model (min. 8 visits in the office per month).\nDedicated training budget (training, certifications, conferences, diversified career paths etc.).\nRecharge Fridays (2 Fridays off per quarter available).\nTake time Program (up to 3 months of leave to use for any purpose).\nVacation subsidy available.\nFlex Location (possibility to perform our work from different places in the world for a certain period of time).\nTake Time for Charity (additional paid leave of maximum 2 weeks to engage in the charity action of your choice).\nPrivate healthcare (LuxMed packages), group life insurance (UNUM) and Multisport.\nStock share purchase additions.\nYearly sales of company laptops and cars and many more!\nNote: The benefits listed above apply to the Polish market.
