Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nWe are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team at Roche Diagnostics Turkiye.\nJob Description\nEnd-to-end responsibility for relevant purchasing categories,\nEvaluating the cost, quality, and reliability of the purchased items,\nPreparing pre-tender cost analysis for direct purchases,\nFinding new suppliers and strengthening the relationship with the current suppliers,\nOrganizing payment timelines with the suppliers,\nDeveloping new projects to improve supply processes\nUpdating purchasing and vehicle management SOP,\nCreation of GMN for the SAP records of the items that will be purchased,\nInventory follow-up for the stocked items,\nSupporting office management.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant department,\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement,\nGeneral understanding of finance processes and standards,\nStrong communication and advisory skills, and the ability to deal with complex issues,\nEnd-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills,\nMulti-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment,\nCustomer centricity through your day-to-day interactions,\nProficiency in English,\nStrong RFX processes knowledge,\nExcellent technical procurement skills, such as influencing, vendor management, change management, and contract negotiation,\nStrong stakeholder engagement.\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
