Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nAs a Product Delivery Manager this role you will lead, plan and implement complex deliveries, will proactively identify improvements and manage diverse stakeholders.\nYou will independently define and control the scope of initiatives, utilizing effective analytical skills to drive value delivery within RDT Pharma Commercial Market Access.\nYou will connect team development with broader business objectives. Depending on the needs, you may operate within different role archetypes such as Senior Business Analyst, Squad Lead, Project Manager, Service (Delivery) Manager.\nJob Responsibilities\nOversees initiatives or streams with autonomy, coordinating complexity and scale.\nManage end-to-end delivery of Pharma Commercial MArket Access RDT initiatives, from initiation through closure.\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, and manage the project team. Manage risks and dependencies, resolves team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the product-centric delivery approach in the organization\nEnsure projects/squads deliver business value and meet quality standards.\nWork closely with Product Managers, IT Business Partners, Business stakeholders and working squad to achieve product-defined outcomes, understand business processes, pain points and strategic goals\nDevelop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying technology enablement opportunities\nAbility to see the interrelationship of a project across \"the big picture\" and understand its dependency on other projects.\nContribute to the overall development and growth of the RDT Pharma Commercial Market Access department.\nAct as a trusted advisor on how IT can support business objectives\nQualifications\nEducation / Experience\nUniversity Degree (or equivalent)\nExtensive experience overseeing initiatives with autonomy, coordinating complexity and scale, and driving alignment across ambiguous spaces.\nProject Management Certification, PMI PMP (preferred) or equivalent \n8+ years of experience as a successful Delivery Manager using structured project management processes\nTechnical Skills\nAbility to apply systems thinking to provide holistic and enterprise-wide consulting advice.\nDeep understanding of various System Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Agile, iterative, etc.)\nStrong Experience in planning and tracking project schedules with clearly-defined critical paths\nAbility to manage the complexity of scope, time, cost, quality, risk, team dynamics on a global level in order to deliver multifunctional projects across multiple global locations.\nDemonstrated competency in leading people through changes and ambiguity.\nKnowledge or experience in the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) framework for IT service management and operations alignment.\nVendor Management is a plus.\nAdditional Qualifications\nExceptional stakeholder management skills, acting as a role model in teamwork and driving good collaboration across Informatics and business structures.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nExceptional listening, problem solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills\nExperience in deploying GxP validated systems is an advantage \nStrong customer and delivery focus\nSelf-drive and motivation with excellent ability to establish networks across the organization\nTeam collaboration spirit, but also ability to work as a single driver and contributor\nStructured and outcome-oriented \nLimited direction needed, Determines methods and procedures on new assignments\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
