Are you a project management enthusiast who acts as a business transformation driver, partners with leaders within our commercial organization and provides best in class project management services to partners across Roche? Then you are the candidate we are looking for.\nIn this role you will be responsible for successful Project Delivery using agile or traditional project management methodology. You will work with solutions teams for Marketing Technologies, who are tasked to deliver strategic transformation while sustaining and evolving ongoing solution operations, you will act as a strategic right hand, thought partner, and operational orchestrator to the Product Solution Owner. Drawing on a consulting or Chief of Staff mindset, you will navigate ambiguity by stepping into unstructured situations, creating order out of chaos, and establishing governance frameworks that drive proactive execution at the close attention of senior leadership. Your leadership style will be defined by the ability to lead without authority -influencing and negotiating across commercial, medical, IT, and regional stakeholders with exceptional political savviness and emotional intelligence to build consensus and mobilize teams toward transformation outcomes.\nYour work will include but will not be limited to:\nEngagement Delivery\n Project Management & Coordination: Coordinate daily project execution across the solution area by facilitating ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning), maintaining product backlogs, and actively managing action and decision logs.\nInbound Funnel Control & Prioritization: Act as the primary project point of contact to capture, structure, and funnel heavy volumes of cross-program requests, ensuring the product teams maintain adequate focus on prioritized objectives.\nCross-Program Coordination: Coordinate with other programs and incoming functional demands. Actively plan, track, and facilitate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overarching strategic timelines.\nDependency & Interface Management: Actively manage and track end-to-end dependencies - both internal and external - while refining handover interfaces between product owners and other functions.\nPortfolio Transparency & Consistency: Provide structural project management to maintain project standards, ensuring clear, transparent, and connected tracking of the product's initiative portfolio for leadership visibility.\nPerformance Reporting: Establish and drive consistent project KPI tracking and status reporting across the specific product area to ensure schedule and budget adherence across all parallel initiatives.\nProject Management capability development: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing project management delivery coaching to the product teams to embed \"one way of project delivery\" across the organization.\nCapability Building\nBe an active member of the Project Management Chapter by\nContinuously improve the project management capabilities, service offerings and community engagement leveraging latest developments and market dynamics\nSupporting the development of upskilling content and toolkits for our team\nActively managing your own development\nApplying your learnings during engagements and sharing them with your chapter colleagues\nWho You Are\nYou possess the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes\nUniversity degree with 5+ years of project management experience; a background in business consulting or marketing technologies is highly advantageous.\nStrong knowledge in project management fundamentals (waterfall, SCRUM and others) and related tools\nExperience in leading global/complex projects, organizing and optimizing resources and establishing clear priorities\nAbility to motivate and lead a project team or team members if required\nExcellent communication skills in English, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. \nAbility to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organization.
