In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply specialized laboratory techniques, and ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality experimental results.\nThe Opportunity\nYou design experimental protocols with minimal supervision, execute bench experiments, make detailed observations, and analyze data.\nYou prepare technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses while maintaining complete and accurate records.\nYou analyze data to solve problems of diverse scope and suggest creative solutions to improve work processes and the laboratory environment.\nYou exercise judgment within generally defined practices in selecting methods and techniques to obtain effective solutions.\nYou participate productively in cross-functional technical teams, such as failure investigation teams, and provide input to project planning.\nYou train others in your areas of expertise, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.\nYou prepare and present experimental procedures and results effectively to group and project teams, monitor work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time principles.\nWho you are\nYou hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science and have at least 2 years of relevant job experience.\nYou know basic and a range of specialized laboratory techniques.\nYou are capable of searching scientific literature to gain information about specific topics.\nYou are skilled in using word processing, spreadsheets, graphical, and presentation software applications.\nYou are available to fulfill travel requirements based on business needs.\nPreferred:\nYou are familiar with SAFe and/or Agile principles.\nRelocation benefits are not available for this posting.\nThe expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, AZ is 58 100,00 - 107 900,00 USD Annual . Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
