In this role, your main responsibilities will be:\nCollaborate with business leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to consult on advanced compensation and benefits topics, creating innovative approaches and solutions to complex issues\nDesign, implement, manage and communicate innovative and effective rewards programs and policies that align with organizational strategy\nMonitor and assess compliance, regulatory environment and best practices related to rewards, ensuring global and local/legal guidelines are understood and adhered to\n Provide guidance, coaching and training to Reward Analysts within PSS (People Support Solutions) to enable understanding of organizational structures, policy interpretation, and global reward practices\nDrive practice enhancements through participation in global and local project squads aligned with the Compensation, Benefits & Recognition Area of Practice\nEnsure governance of all spine topics, prioritize work using decision principles, and follow established escalation paths to maintain global alignment\n Serve as a member of the PR&R (People Rewards & Recognition) chapter in the continual improvement of work processes and in reducing work from the system to create a more efficient organization\nProactively seek process improvements and innovation, executing the strategic direction set by the People Reward and Recognition Chapter Enabling Team\nWho You Are:\nTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:\nDeep expertise and experience in the compensation field\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills\nA growth mindset and customer-centric approach, demonstrating problem-solving skills including active listening, process improvement thinking, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural and global environments\nStrong prioritization and agile mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement through risk-taking and a commitment to new learning\nAdvanced critical thinking and analytical mastery, with proficiency in analysis tools such as Excel and Gemini AI suite\nIn exchange we provide you with (Roche Services and Solutions, Hungary):\nDevelopment opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
