You will introduce innovative diagnostic solutions that enhance clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes. Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of product, workflow, and technical experts, you will build long-term customer partnerships and drive healthcare transformation.\nYour Responsibilities\nBuild lasting partnerships: Serve as the primary relationship partner for healthcare institutions, understanding their clinical challenges and creating tailored strategic account plans.\nConsult and deliver solutions: Apply strategic, consultative sales methodologies to position Roche Diagnostics portfolio solutions that deliver clear medical and operational value.\nCollaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Application Specialists, Service Engineers, Workflow Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver cohesive diagnostic installations.\nDrive market growth: Identify expansion opportunities within key accounts, introducing high-value diagnostic assays to advance patient care standards.\nNegotiate sustainable agreements: Structure commercial proposals and negotiate contract terms in alignment with regional pricing governance and business ethics.\nMaintain commercial excellence: Lead sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and account mapping within customer relationship management platforms to ensure operational transparency.\nWho You Are\nYou are a collaborative, customer-centric professional with a passion for healthcare innovation and scientific impact.
