In the Master and Operational Data Team within Data Governance and Operations (DGO), we develop and implement data strategies that unlock the value of clinical, operational, and real-world data. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our data is reliable, accessible, and compliant across the product development lifecycle.\nIn this role, you will:\nDrive Data Excellence: Support the design, implementation, and management of Master Data, Reference Data, metadata standards, and conceptual data models aligned with business processes.\nEnable FAIR Principles: Execute data cataloging, lineage tracking, and data classification to ensure clinical and operational data assets are findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable.\nFoster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams across all organisational levels - from operational teams to senior executives - to improve the visibility, quality, and usability of key data assets.\n Maintain Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to global data privacy and security regulations (such as HIPAA and GDPR) and promote robust data governance practices.\nGuide & Champion Stewardship: Serve as a functional resource and mentor for colleagues, driving a culture of continuous improvement and strong data stewardship.\nWho You Are\nYou are an insightful and articulate communicator who excels at bridging complex technical concepts with business context.
