Join us to help harmonize our strategic efforts and turn complex challenges into coordinated progress.\nBy connecting enterprise priorities with operational realities, BSO drives consistency, clarity, and coordinated progress across PDD and the broader development organization.\nThe Opportunity:\nYou partner with sub-functional leaders to drive connectivity and coordinate planned and ad-hoc PDD-wide and functional strategic efforts in alignment with PDD priorities\n\nYou drive key initiatives impacting the organization’s strategic and operating model, using an enterprise and innovation mindset\n\nYou facilitate structured planning and reporting activities across sub-functions, proactively identifying and resolving issues in a dynamic and fast-paced setting to support the execution of strategies such as in silico and 3D\n\nYou navigate high ambiguity and complexity, proactively driving clarity, alignment, and prioritization across multiple stakeholders and initiatives\n\nYou operate with a continuous improvement mindset to proactively identify process gaps and opportunities for improved alignment, communications, and resource across key planned and ad-hoc efforts with a bias for action\n\nYou independently organize and manage recurring leadership meetings (including Quant Team), develop agendas, and document and support the drive and follow-through of outcomes and next steps\n\nYou maintain tools for initiative tracking, performance monitoring, and cross-functional alignment\n\nYou lead or co-lead preparation of communications and presentations for functional updates, governance forums, senior leadership reviews, and evolving sub-functional or PDD-wide requirements in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership\n\nWho you are:\nYou hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, public health, or data sciences\n\nYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic operations, business planning, or project management in pharma or healthcare settings; or an advanced degree with 5 years of equivalent work experience\n\nYou demonstrate ability to independently lead initiatives, manage planning cycles, and facilitate leadership forums\n\nYou are familiar with data- and R&D-oriented operating models and cross-functional execution\n\nYou have capacity for independent thinking and ability to make decisions based upon sound principles\n\nYou have excellent strategic agility including problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and agility that extends beyond technical domain\n\nYou demonstrate respect for cultural differences when interacting with colleagues in the global workplace\n\nYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in the areas of presentation and writing, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear language\n\nPreferred:\nPrior experience managing operational workstreams or planning cycles within life sciences or data-focused environments\n\nWorking knowledge of OKRs, business performance measurement, or enterprise planning methodologies\n\nDemonstrated ability to support or co-lead strategy deployment, stakeholder engagement, or governance coordination\n\nFamiliarity with pharmaceutical development processes or data sciences organizational structures\n\nExperience in facilitating or contributing to complex cross-functional meetings and communications\n\nRelocation benefits are not available for this position.\nThe expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range.
