The Position

Division : Customer Integrated Solutions
Work location: Seoul, South Korea
Key Responsibility
1) Strategic planning & Clinical Excellence
- Create and implement the integrated local marketing strategy and annual plans, ensuring full alignment with global
- Connect local business priorities with regional and global marketing strategies, ensuring that RDK delivers comprehensive, patient-centered, and data-driven diagnostic workflows
2) Data Strategy & Market Insights
- Partner with global insight business partners (BPs) to drive the local strategy
- Translate global market intelligence into actionable local tactics to identify emerging trends and threats.
3) Cross-CA Commercial Synergy Management
- Drive active engagement with the Customer Area(CA) marketing to streamline prioritization, launch planning, and coordinated customer-facing activities.
- Serve as a key interface to Customer Area(CA) marketings to ensure tactical alignment and operational synergy.
4) Develop Lab 2.0 solutions
- Develop Lab 2.0 solutions to shift the laboratory’s value proposition from delivering analytical results to generating high-value insights.
- Develop and manage relationships with KOLs to build advocacy for Lab 2.0.
5) Global networking
- Serve as the counterpart for the global strategic marketing chapter and global network leads, facilitating two-way knowledge exchange and global-local alignment.
Who You Are:
- 10 years experience in healthcare industry, IVD experience is a plus
- Deep Marketing Expertise & Strategic Acumen
- Customer-Centricity & Negotiation Proficiency
- Exceptional Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination
- New Business Development & Market Expansion
- Data Analytics Proficiency
- Proficiency both in Korean/English is preferred
