Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nThe Agile Release Train “Interoperability ART” in the Standardization & Components chapter is responsible for delivering re-usable software platform components to connect IVD devices and software. For a team in this Agile Release Train, we are seeking a Product Owner with good ability for Stakeholder Management and a high degree of self-organization.\nSite\nSant Cugat, Spain\nMain Responsibilities\nAs a member of a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART), the Product Owner is responsible for:\nElicitation of features with stakeholders and backlog prioritization aligned with the International Product Managers\nHelping the team to understand the business needs and the customer perspective and facilitation of the team in breaking down the features into stories. Also maintaining and prioritizing the team’s backlog\nValidating the stories to meet the objectives and acceptance criteria of the features and taking ownership of defects and prioritizing within the PI\nSupporting the development team in any product-related topics building up relationships with affiliates and stakeholder and ensuring close collaboration with external Point of Care teams (instrument, solution, application) to elicit requirements and manage timelines and also with other ART teams to elicit requirements\nAs a member of the sub-chapter organization, 10% - 20% of the working time\nActively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Product and Portfolio Management Discipline. You are expected to contribute in spreading and increasing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities with the rest of the members as well as leading initiatives/activities related to the Capability purpose on your own.\nPermanently optimizes processes in order to increase quality and efficiency standards.\nWho you are\nYou hold an university degree in informatics, electronics, bioinformatics or comparable with 2-4 years of experience in working in agile SW development\nYou have interpersonal communication skills, influence and inspiring skills, the capacity of dealing with multiple projects, and problem resolution orientation.\nYou are Fluent in English - written and spoken and also in Spanish\nExperience in a similar position and experience in Scaled Agile Framework SAFe is a plus; also experience with communication protocols is a plus (POCT1-A, HL7, ASTM)\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
