In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting. You will work closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a world-class candidate experience.\nThis internship is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of how a modern corporate recruiting engine operates, making it the perfect launchpad for a career in HR or Talent Acquisition.\nKey responsibilities include:\nCandidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and engaging top talent using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and university alumni networks.\nJob Postings: Help draft, format, and publish engaging job descriptions across multiple channels.\nResume Screening: Review inbound applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for open roles.\nInterview Coordination: Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensuring a seamless, positive experience.\nATS Management: Help maintain our Applicant Tracking System (i.e. Workday) by keeping candidate profiles updated and ensuring data accuracy.\nReporting & Analytics: Assist the TA team in tracking key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) to optimize our hiring strategies.\nWho You Are\nWe are committed to your professional development, offering 1:1 mentorship from seasoned Talent Acquisition professionals alongside a hybrid work environment with flexible hours designed to work around your class schedule.\nWe are looking for someone who…\nIs currently enrolled in, or recently (in the last 12 months) graduated from, a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Life Sciences or a related field.\nPossesses strong verbal and written communication skills in English; conversational German is strongly preferred.\nHas exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.\nDemonstrates a proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong eagerness to learn.\nDisplays a high level of empathy and a genuine passion for connecting with people.\nNavigates Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications with foundational proficiency.\nBonus: Gained previous experience in a customer-focused environment.\nReady to take the next step?
