Join Roche, where every voice matters.\nThe Position\nTe incorporarás al equipo de Financial Controlling, uno de los tres pilares clave dentro de nuestro Departamento de Finanzas de 12 personas en Roche Diagnostics Chile. Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el Financial Controller, brindarás apoyo en análisis financiero, planificación de negocios y contabilidad, mientras colaboras con nuestro Centro de Servicios Compartidos en Costa Rica y el equipo regional de Finanzas para LATAM.\nSobre la oportunidad\nApoyo en Reportes y Análisis Financiero: Asistir en la preparación de informes y presentaciones financieras mensuales para monitorear el desempeño frente a presupuestos y principales KPI.\nSeguimiento de Costos y Planificación de Negocios: Apoyar el control de los gastos operativos entre distintas áreas y colaborar durante los ciclos de planificación financiera anual.\nApoyo en el Cierre Contable Mensual: Colaborar en las tareas de cierre de mes y ayudar a mantener los controles financieros internos.\nMantenimiento de Datos y Sistemas: Asegurar la precisión y actualización de datos financieros clave y registros maestros, incluidos precios y contratos en SAP.\nOptimización de Procesos: Colaborar en iniciativas orientadas a simplificar, estandarizar y automatizar los reportes financieros y los flujos de trabajo diarios.\nRequisitos\nTítulo universitario en Finanzas, Auditoría, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.\nMáximo 2 años de experiencia laboral en análisis financiero, planificación de negocios o contabilidad.\nManejo de herramientas de MS Office; preferentemente conocimientos de SAP.\nDominio fluido de español e inglés avanzado.\nFuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para comunicar datos financieros de forma clara.\nActitud proactiva para resolver problemas y alta motivación para aprender, adaptarse y desarrollarse.\nSi tu CV resulta preseleccionado, la siguiente etapa del proceso consistirá en una invitación a participar en un video assessment, el cual se realizará tanto en inglés como en español.\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
