We are looking for a highly motivated student to join us for a one-year internship / working student position.\nThe Opportunity\nOrganizational & Project Support: Assist the team with organizational tasks, project management activities and the tracking of Digital & Operational Excellence milestones.\nBusiness Analysis: Analyze clinical manufacturing processes, identify business needs and define requirements to deliver data-driven solutions that drive organizational success. \nDocumentation: Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and training materials, and help research new digital tools or technology trends.\nAI Use Case: We want you to have ownership! During your time with us, you will lead a dedicated mini-project: researching, conceptualizing, and potentially piloting a small Artificial Intelligence (AI) use case to solve a real internal challenge or streamline a specific process.\nGlobal Communication: Support internal communication efforts to ensure our global stakeholders are aligned, engaged, and well-informed about ongoing initiatives.\nWho you are\nCurrently enrolled in a university degree program (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, Innovation Management, Computer Science, or similar).\nStrong interest in digitalization, process optimization and emerging technologies (especially AI).\nExcellent organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on mentality.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand messages.\nFluent in English (written and spoken) is a must, as you will be working closely with a global team.\nExperience with Google as well as MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and collaborative tools; first experiences with process mapping or project management tools are a plus.\nCandidates must remain continuously enrolled at a university or higher education institution throughout the entire duration of their employment.\nWe are looking forward to your application!\nWho we are\nA healthier future drives us to innovate.
