You’ll work with experienced operations professionals to coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery. We value potential as much as experience-and we’ll help you learn.\nLocation: Miami, Florida\nWork Schedule: Schedule fluctuates based on workloads during weekdays with afterhours / weekend work as needed\nWorking Environment: This role requires a combination of indoor office-based work and work that may be performed outdoors, with work locations and conditions varying based on operational needs and job responsibilities.\nResponsibilities:\nResearch routes and book domestic and international shipments.\nGenerate quotes and pricing for domestic and international shipments.\nCoordinate air, trucking, and ocean import/export moves.\nPrepare accurate transportation and export documents.\nKeep customers, carriers, warehouses, and global teams informed.\nTrack shipments and act quickly when plans change.\nMaintain accurate files and build strong customer and vendor relationships.\nQualifications:\nExperience in logistics, operations, customer service, events, or another time-sensitive environment is preferred, not required.\nSome familiarity with freight forwarding or air import/export is helpful.\nStrong organization and comfort managing multiple priorities.\nBasic Outlook and Excel skills, plus the ability to learn new systems.\nFlexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, on-call coverage, or project travel.\nAdditional Qualifications:\nDetail-oriented: Accurate and thorough.\nResponsive: Acts quickly when timing matters.\nA strong communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.\nEager to learn: Asks questions and welcomes feedback.\nA team player: Collaborates and jumps in when needed.\nResourceful: Solves problems and stays calm under pressure.\nGrowth-minded: Ready to learn and take on more.\nDon't meet every single requirement?
