If you're passionate about innovation, collaboration, and building products that matter, you'll feel right at home here.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Facilities Janitorial Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of company facilities. This role performs routine janitorial and facility support duties while helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors.\nWhat You'll Own\nDaily cleaning and upkeep of offices, production areas, and common spaces\nFacility appearance and organization\nWaste removal and recycling\nBasic grounds maintenance and exterior cleanliness\nSafe and sanitary work environment\nEssential Functions\nFacility Cleaning & Maintenance\nAssist in maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming work environments.\nMonitor facility supply inventory and restock janitorial, breakroom, kitchen, restroom, and other common area supplies as needed.\nPerform routine cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and restroom maintenance.\nClean and disinfect common areas and high-touch surfaces throughout the facility.\nEmpty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.\nFacility Support\nAssist in maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming work environment.\nPerform basic grounds maintenance, including mowing, landscaping, and exterior cleanup.\nRespond to facility cleaning requests and maintenance-related needs as assigned.\nSupport facility improvement projects and perform other general facility duties as needed.\nNon-Essential Functions\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious janitorial, custodial, facilities, or general maintenance experience is preferred but not required.\nTechnical Skills\nBasic knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safe cleaning practices.\nAbility to perform routine facility maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.\nAbility to safely use common hand tools and cleaning equipment.\nProfessional Skills\nStrong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.\nAbility to perform physically demanding work, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift.\nCompensation & Benefits\nHourly Range: $20 - $25 (based on experience and skillset)\n100% Employer-Paid Medical & Dental\nAnnual Bonus Program\n401(k) with 5% Match\nEmployee Stock Option Program\n9/80 Work Schedule (every other Friday off)\nPaid Holidays + Generous PTO \n$2,500 Tuition Reimbursement\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nRock West Composites is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
