We’ll teach you Amazon.\nWhat you’ll do\nRun the pod’s weekly routine: 1:1s, stand-ups, and team meetings\nCoach your team through weekly 1:1s and clear, honest feedback\nRun performance conversations, and raise issues early with evidence\nCheck client work for quality before it goes out\nPlan team workload, review timesheets, and arrange leave cover\nTrain new Account Specialists from start to finish\nManage one to two client accounts yourself\nYour first 90 days\nDays 1 to 30, learn: learn Amazon basics and how we work. Shadow a Pod Lead for a full week and take on your first client account\nDays 31 to 60, support: check your pod’s work, answer team questions, run stand-ups, and co-run 1:1s\nDays 61 to 90, lead: run the pod’s weekly routine and 1:1s on your own, and lead your first performance conversation with support\nPay and growth\nAUD 1,250 a month to start\nYou’ll start as a Pod Lead in training and are usually signed off within six months\nRises to AUD 1,350 a month once you’re signed off\nFully remote, with structured training and support\nOur hiring process\nApplication review\nScreening call\nInterview\nTrial task (for example, planning a pod’s week and a role-play performance conversation)\nFinal interview\n\nRequirements\nExperience\n2+ years directly managing four or more people, ideally remote\nHas taken a performance issue through to an outcome (improvement, PIP, or exit)\nHas built or fixed a process with a measurable result\nHas trained someone from scratch to independent\nSkills\nCoaching: can tell a skill gap from an effort gap and acts on both\nHolds standards: chases deadlines and sends back work that isn’t ready\nAttention to detail: catches errors in others’ work\nProficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets, and comfortable working with data\nData storytelling: turns datasets into a clear commercial story with recommendations\nEfficiency: uses available tools, including AI and automation, to speed up work and reduce errors\nSystems thinking: builds frameworks that improve processes and turns directives from the Senior Leadership Team into clear actions for the pod\nAlso required\nStrong written and spoken English\nAvailable to work full-time, 07:00 to 16:00 Manila time, Monday to Friday\nReliable internet and a quiet place to work from home\nNice to have\nExperience managing a team in e-commerce or a marketing agency is a plus\nAmazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience\neCommerce or agency experience\nBenefits\nPaid Time Off\nWork From Home\nTraining & Development\nPrivate Health Insurance After 12 Months\nDay Shift -
