This is a unique role that understands the technical nuances of Rocket’s projects as well as the broader defense environment, using that knowledge to identify and capture new business opportunities.The Business Development Lead will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Programs. They are responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with large defense primes and government entities to steer the pipeline for continued growth, ensuring Rocket maximizes the value provided to our defense partners while maintaining a healthy and robust business development pipeline.We are a small but fast-growing company, and your work will have a direct impact on the success of our business and team members. Our work can be challenging and complex, but our team is fun, friendly, supportive, and the work is rewarding.
