As a Digital Product Manager, you are responsible for elevating product team performance and have demonstrated your ability to mentor and drive product performance and processes at a higher caliber.\nAbout the role\nDevelop, maintain and iteratively improve the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that solutions achieve desired outcomes\nEvangelize a common understanding of the product vision and roadmap\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define the product's strategy, go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis and revenue analysis\nAnticipate user needs and wants through market trends, user research and product data evaluation\nMaintain a healthy feature backlog to support a continuous flow of value\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business and technical investment decisions into features\nEnsure that acceptance criteria are met prior to launch\nEnable an intuitive user experience through functional requirements (FRs) and non-functional requirements (NFRs)\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of work for features, epics or programs\nIntegrate product data, stakeholder ideas and client feedback into requirements\nCollaborate with stakeholders to conduct trade-off analyses and inform priority of technical debt, technical investment work and client requests\nActively monitor feature progress, risks and scope to anticipate and mitigate issues\nCollaborate with leadership to support team member onboarding and growth\nCollaborate with leadership to define product management best practices and processes\nAbout you\nMinimum Qualifications\n5 years of experience in digital product management or a related field\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline)\nDemonstrated experience with digital product management, including leading digital marketing strategies, advanced UX/UI design, and managing complex software development projects\nDemonstrated experience leading and mentoring junior product managers\nDemonstrated ability to define and drive product strategy, and to deliver against key performance metrics\nStrong experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, data analysts, and researchers.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with the fintech industry\nWhat you’ll get\nOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too! The compensation for this position is $90,000.00-$216,500.00.
