This role establishes the vision, roadmap, priorities, and execution plans for data, analytics, and AI initiatives and ensures solutions support business objectives, budgets, timelines, and operational needs across Bedrock's vertically integrated commercial real estate platform, including Accounting, Finance, Asset Management, Leasing, Legal, Property Management, Hospitality, Development, Design, and Construction\nEssential Functions\nDevelop and maintain Bedrock's enterprise data, analytics, integration, and AI strategy, architecture, roadmap, priorities, budgets, and delivery plans.\nLead and develop a high-performing team responsible for data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, integrations, business intelligence, analytics, and AI initiatives.\nPartner with Technology and business leaders to identify high-value business opportunities and translate business needs into data, analytics, and AI solutions.\nEstablish and oversee the evaluation, selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of data, analytics, integration, and AI platforms.\nDefine and monitor service levels, key performance indicators, adoption metrics, risk metrics, and business outcomes for implemented capabilities.\nLead Bedrock's enterprise data governance program, including data ownership, stewardship, quality standards, business glossaries, security, privacy, retention, and compliance practices.\nLead enterprise AI strategy, governance, prioritization, development, deployment, adoption, and value realization efforts.\nEstablish delivery standards and operating practices for requirements management, project planning, development tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.\nLead data architecture, integration, and design reviews and ensure approved changes are implemented accurately and effectively across the organization.\nEstablish controls and operational procedures that support the accuracy, reliability, sustainability, and governance of Bedrock's data platforms and integrations.\nLead change management, stakeholder readiness, adoption, training, and support efforts for new data, analytics, and AI solutions.\nEvaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities related to data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n10+ years of experience in data, analytics, information systems, business intelligence, AI, or related disciplines.\nSignificant experience with Microsoft data and analytics platforms including Power BI, Azure, Fabric, OneLake, Data Factory, SQL Database, Copilot, and related technologies.\nExperience leading enterprise AI programs, including governance, prioritization, implementation, adoption, and value measurement.\nExperience establishing and leading enterprise data governance programs and data ownership frameworks.\nExperience building and leading technical teams responsible for data architecture, integrations, analytics, business intelligence, and AI delivery.\nExperience translating business requirements into technical solutions, roadmaps, projects, and business cases.\nCommercial real estate experience and familiarity with development, construction, property management, and vertically integrated operations preferred\nWork Environment\nBedrock is an in-person, five-day-a-week workplace. All team members are expected to work on site Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift.\nSome roles may have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, based on the nature of the work and business needs.
