In the Institutional Projects Team, we work with ESA and other partners on externally funded projects. We support the definition, study, and planning for the development of future technologies, systems, engines, and vehicles. Then apply for us.\nYour Tasks\nSupport in managing RFA’s institutional projects funded by external stakeholders (e.g. ESA, European Commission, governmental institutions, etc) on-time, on-quality and on-budget\nSupport in Planning, scheduling and monitoring the milestones, deliverables, and budgets for the funded projects\nSupport the technical writing and delivering project deliverables (e.g. design files, test plans and reports, presentations)\nWork and communicate effectively between the different internal teams and partners\nSupport in Coordinating with other departments to generate and provide input to projects’ deliverables\nSupport Business Development and contribute to proposal writing for funded projects\nSupport the technical work of the funded projects, including the creation of development roadmaps for future vehicles and technologies, mission and technical requirements, design studies and trade-offs, creation of system architectures, preliminary concepts, etc. \nYour Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Aerospace or Space Engineering or similar\nPrior work experience in project management, in the space industry is a plus\nKnowledge of European funding programs and proposal processes (FLPP, Boost!, ELC etc.) is a BIG plus\nYou bring technical affinity and you are an enthusiast about New Space\nStrong writing and formatting skills with good command of Microsoft Office\nBusiness-fluent English, both spoken and written (all day-to-day activities are conducted in English).
