This role offers the opportunity to work across networking, virtualization, storage, infrastructure resilience, and automation while helping shape the future of our IT landscape.\nIf you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working with modern infrastructure technologies, and contributing to a mission that pushes technological boundaries, we'd love to hear from you.\nYour Tasks\nDesign, implement, and maintain secure and reliable network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and related services.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Layer 2 and Layer 3 network environments to ensure high performance, stability, and security.\nManage and enhance virtualized infrastructure environments based on VMware, Proxmox technologies and associated storage platforms.\nEnsure high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness across multiple company locations.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support Linux-based systems, infrastructure automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nInvestigate and resolve networking and infrastructure incidents while providing technical support and root-cause analysis.\nMaintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards.\nYour Qualifications\nMust-Have Skills\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nIndustry certifications such as: Cisco CCNA / CCNP, VMware VCP, Fortinet NSE / FCP, Similar networking or infrastructure certifications\nStrong hands-on experience designing, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments.\nDeep understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking concepts, including VLANs, routing, switching, network segmentation, and redundancy mechanisms.\nPractical experience with firewall administration, VPN technologies (including IPSec VPNs), routers, and managed switches.\nExperience managing VMware-based virtualized infrastructure in production environments.\nKnowledge of storage technologies, backup solutions, and disaster recovery concepts.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues in a structured and efficient manner.\nExperience creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational processes, and infrastructure standards.\nProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. \nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience working with Linux-based systems and server administration.\nFamiliarity with infrastructure automation, scripting, or configuration management tools.\nExperience supporting multi-site or globally distributed infrastructure environments.\nExposure to security best practices, network hardening, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.\nExperience within manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or other highly technical environments.\nWe Offer\n\nAtmosphere: Experience life in an international & dynamic New Space start-up \n\nFlexibility: Fit your working schedule to your needs with flexible working hours \n\nHome Office: Full-time employees benefit from one day per week home office \n\nHealth: Sweat, stretch or squat it out with EGYM Wellpass \n\nPaid Time Off: 30 days annual leave and speacial leave days \n\nTeam Culture: Join regular company and team events \n\nParking: Free parking for your car or bike\n\nInsights\n\nReady to take the next step?\nJoin RFA and help build one of Europe’s most efficient launch systems.
