We’re looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team and play a critical role in delivering our P&C Annual Operating Plan. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders and employees across the business to provide trusted guidance on a wide range of people matters and help shape a high-performing, supportive workplace.
You’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day P&C queries and will support everything from policy development and performance management to organisational development, payroll advice, and complex employment relationship issues. You’ll also contribute to P&C projects and help build capability across the wider team.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
- Partner with leaders to support performance, talent, engagement, and organisational development.
- Provide advice and support on employment relations, policy creation, and P&C best practices.
- Work closely with payroll and legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant processes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Support the smooth running of the P&C team and assist with wider P&C initiatives and training.
YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years in a similar P&C Business Partner role, or 8+ years’ experience within HR.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience with payroll processes and systems.
- Strong capability with MS Office (especially Excel) and an aptitude for learning new tools quickly.
- Excellent relationship-building, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
