We work at a massive scale, with the rigor, speed,\nand data-driven culture of a top consumer tech company - because for us, better product\ndecisions directly translate to better outcomes for underserved children and families.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Product Analyst who can turn user behavior data into decisions that improve\nengagement, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness at scale. You'll work closely with\nProduct, Program, and Data teams to track key metrics, run analyses, and build dashboards\nthat guide strategy across our community-facing platforms.\nWhat You'll Do\nAnalyze user engagement, retention, and activity data across cohorts to identify trends,\ndrop-offs, and opportunities\nBuild and maintain dashboards (Tableau) tracking core product and program metrics for\nleadership and field teams\nWrite and optimize SQL queries to pull, validate, and structure data from large,\nreal-world datasets\nUse Alteryx to build repeatable data pipelines and automate recurring reporting/analysis\nPartner with Product and Program teams to define success metrics for new\nfeatures/interventions and measure impact post-launch\nConduct deep-dive analyses (cohort, retention, funnel, A/B test readouts) to support\ndecisions on content, features, and community engagement strategies\nPresent findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical\nstakeholders, including program and field teams\nWork with engineering/data teams to improve data quality, pipelines, and infrastructure\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-4 years of experience as a Product/Business/Data Analyst, ideally at a high-growth,\nhigh-scale B2C or consumer tech company\nStrong hands-on SQL skills (must-have)\nExperience with Alteryx or similar ETL/data-prep tools\nProficiency in Tableau or similar BI/dashboarding tools\nPython knowledge is a plus (not mandatory) - useful for automation and deeper\nanalysis\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;
