The role will focus on translating program strategies into actionable plans, driving day-to-day coordination with internal teams, monitoring progress, and supporting field teams to deliver timely and high-quality execution of the program activities. The Program Manager will track progress, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and contribute to strengthening systems and processes that enable smooth programme delivery. Preferred Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Education, Management, or a related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience in programme implementation, operations, government programmes, or development sector initiatives; or\nMaster’s degree in the above fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.\nPrior experience working with government systems or supporting implementation of programmes at the district or field level will be preferred. Key Results 1. Establishing and maintaining strong connections with district(s) stakeholders 2. Positioning the organization as a trusted advisor on ECE 3.Achievement of key programmatic metrics and early identification of challenges 4.Regular sharing of relevant and actionable insights from the field to inform programme improvements and decision-making 5.Smooth and timely district-wide implementation of programme activities Key Responsibilities 1. Stakeholder Engagement\nSupport engagement by building and maintaining relationships with government officials, partners, and other stakeholders involved in programme implementation\nFacilitate meetings, field visits, and programme review discussions as required\nShare regular updates and monthly progress reports 2. Program Implementation\nSupport the execution of programme initiatives in the district in alignment with implementation plans\nCoordinate with field teams to ensure smooth rollout of activities, trainings, and interventions\nTake full ownership of the projects/workstreams and managing it end-to-end. Ensuring adherence to programme timelines, processes, and implementation guidelines 3. Support to Field Teams\nWork closely with field teams to provide operational guidance and ensure effective programme delivery\nSupport capacity-building efforts for field teams when required 4. Cross-Functional Coordination\nWork with teams cutting across functions (policy, content, M&E, tech, etc.) to implement programs in the state and launch new initiatives\nFacilitate smooth communication and information flow across teams to support effective programme delivery. 5. Documentation & Reporting\nPrepare regular progress updates, implementation reports, and documentation of programme activities.\n• Capture field insights, lessons learned, and implementation challenges to inform programme improvements.
