Support the design & delivery of training\nfor AWWs, Supervisors, CDPOs & other officials.\nAreas of responsibility\n1. Government liaison & coordination\n2. Being a team player and supporting the team.\n3. Prepare a calendar and tracker sheets, track\nprogress, analyze data, and prepare & share updates & reports.\n4. Assist in planning, coordination &\nadministration tasks.\nCritical factors for success\n1. Ability to liaison with government systems on\na regular basis.\n2. Ability to take leadership in ambiguous\nsituations, even when unsupervised.\n3. Good working knowledge of Excel and Canva.\n4. Seamless communication with your managers and\ncolleagues.\n5. Close alignment with RL's core values and\nprinciples.\n6. Mission-driven, enthusiastic, and\noptimistic-committed to transformation.\n7. Experience of 2-3 years in the development\nsector.\n8.
