Early childhood education provides improved outcomes for children.\n2. New state policies are created to ensure and guarantee the improvements.\n3. Anganwadi workers and parents increase their skill levels as educators.\n4. The new program team comprises high performers devoted to the cause.\n\nKey Activities\n1. Assist the government in charting a roadmap for early childhood education in the state.\n2. Build strong relationships with the state and district government stakeholders.\n3. Translate data from the field into insights. Create goals based on those insights, broken down intosmall, actionable milestones.\n4. Hold regular meetings to collaborate with gov't partners, understand their work, and build personalrelationships.\n5. Be close to the \"customers\": meet regularly with the children, their parents, Anganwadi workers, and districtand block level officials and build relationships.6. Hire, train, and grow a team of colleagues committed to their learning and ensure communicationamong team members is frequent and effective.\nAreas of responsibility\n1.
