This role partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, provide application support, document business processes, and participate in application enhancement projects that support Bedrock's leasing, development, legal, and operational functions. The Salesforce Analyst/Administrator works closely with their Applications team and business users to ensure technology solutions effectively support business processes and organizational objectives\nEssential Functions\nRespond to user requests, support tickets, and application issues while documenting progress and resolutions within established support and project management systems. \nAdminister Salesforce and related applications, including user setup, security, configuration, and ongoing platform maintenance. \nPerform business and technical requirements gathering and document technical specifications, workflows, and business processes. \nProvide second-level application support and coordinate issue escalation with vendors and technology partners as needed. \nServe as a primary resource for application configuration, upgrades, change management activities, system administration, and troubleshooting. \nConfigure and maintain Salesforce functionality including flows, fields, record types, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, user security, permission sets, groups, and related platform features. \nTroubleshoot complex Salesforce flow and configuration issues and develop solutions to support business operations. \nCreate and maintain application support documentation, knowledge base articles, training materials, and user guides. \nCollaborate with project teams using standard project management and development tools to support application enhancements and implementations. \nSupport testing, deployment, and validation activities associated with application changes and enhancements. \nTranslate business needs into practical and scalable application solutions. \nAssist in application roadmap planning, enhancement prioritization, training, and continuous improvement efforts. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nPosition Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. \nMinimum 4 years of experience administering Salesforce or a comparable enterprise application platform. \nSalesforce Administrator Certification required. \nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements and developing technical specifications. \nExperience supporting leasing, legal, development, construction, property management, or related business applications preferred. \nExperience participating in application architecture, development, integration, implementation, and support activities. \nExperience configuring Salesforce security, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions, and user administration. \nExperience working within commercial real estate organizations and integrated development, construction, and property management environments preferred. \nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. \nKey Competencies\nCommunication: Effectively communicates information clearly and professionally, adapts messaging to the audience, and builds positive working relationships with residents, guests, and team members. \nPlanning & Organization: Manages time and priorities effectively, adapts to changing needs, and executes tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. \nProblem Solving: Identifies and addresses routine issues using sound judgment, collaborates with others as needed, and escalates more complex situations appropriately. \nCulture & Ethics: Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and respect in all interactions, contributing to a positive and inclusive environment aligned with organizational values. \nTechnical Skills: Demonstrates the skills and knowledge needed to perform role responsibilities effectively and collaborates with others to support team and organizational goals. \nLeadership & Accountability: Demonstrates accountability by setting and meeting expectations, taking ownership of responsibilities, building positive relationships, modeling organizational values, and adapting effectively to change. \nWork Environment\nBedrock is an in-person, five-day-a-week workplace. All team members are expected to work on site Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift. \nSome roles may have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, based on the nature of the work and business needs.
