Additionally, it is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions and support, enabling employees throughout the organisation to optimise their use of Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications, thereby maximising Rocket’s investment in these applications.\nThe role requires strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, discretion, and a passion for helping people work more effectively.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nExecutive Technology Support\nProvide white-glove, concierge-level end-to-end IT support to the Executive Leadership Team, including rapid issue resolution and proactive assistance.\n\nAct as a trusted point of contact for executives, understanding their working styles, priorities, and technology needs.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues across devices, collaboration tools, and productivity applications, escalating where required and owning issues through to resolution.\n\nProactively identify opportunities to enhance their personal productivity through the application of AI, simplification, streamlining, or improving the executive technology experience.\n\nProvide, where needed, one-to-one coaching to the Executive Team and their assistants\n\nMaintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.\n\nEnablement & Training\nDesign and deliver training sessions, lunch-and-learns, and practical guidance to help users get the most from Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.\n\nTranslate features and capabilities into simple, real-world use cases that improve personal productivity and collaboration.\n\nDevelop reusable training materials, knowledge articles, tips, and best-practice content that can be shared across the organisation.\n\nPartner with IT, Security, and Business teams to ensure training aligns with organisational standards and ways of working.\n\nConduct training needs assessments and customise curricula for teams, roles, and business units.\n\nMonitor adoption trends and user feedback to continuously improve enablement activities.\n\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service.\n\nIdentify recurring issues or knowledge gaps and recommend improvements to tools, processes, or training.\n\nContribute to the evolution of the digital workplace by sharing insights from executive and user interactions.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nSignificant experience in an IT support, digital workplace, or technology enablement role within an enterprise environment.\n\nStrong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Copilot.\n\nDemonstrable experience in identifying training needs and creating and delivering training to meet those needs.\n\nExtensive experience supporting Windows and macOS applications\n\nProven experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a high-trust, high-expectation environment.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technology clearly to non-technical audiences.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, with a proven track record of contributing to complex projects with aggressive timelines.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with executive collaboration patterns and personal productivity workflows.\n\nExperience working alongside security and compliance requirements in a regulated environment.\n\nExposure to AI-assisted productivity tools.\n\nMicrosoft certifications, e.g., MCT, MS-900, Modern Desktop Administrator, etc.\n\nExperience with change management frameworks, e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, etc.\n\nFamiliarity with Power Automate, SharePoint customization, or other advanced M365 tools.\n\nEducation:\nDegree preferred\n\n..What Rocket Software can offer you in USA:\nUnlimited Vacation Time as well as paid holidays and sick time\n\nHealth and Wellness coverage options for Rocketeers and dependents\n\nLife and disability coverage\n\nFidelity 401(k) and Roth Retirement Savings with matching contributions\n\nMonthly student debt benefit program\n\nTuition Reimbursement and Certificate Reimbursement Program opportunities\n\nLeadership and skills training opportunities\n\nEOE M/F/Vet/Disability.
