You will use data-driven methods to develop, implement, and maintain quality plans, procedures, inspection and testing methods, and statistical sampling techniques. Working independently and collaboratively with program teams and customers, you will help resolve electrical, electro-optical, mechanical, and manufacturing quality issues. Successful candidates will bring practical experience with Lean Six Sigma methods and quality engineering tools. Essential Functions: Develop, monitor, and analyze product and process quality metrics to identify trends, detect nonconformances early, and drive continuous improvement. Apply Lean Six Sigma and Green Belt tools to improve process performance and sustain results. Develop and maintain quality plans, process flowcharts, inspection methods, first article inspection (FAI) documentation, work instructions, checklists, sampling plans, and defect classifications.
