Regional Account Executive – Mosseru

About the Role 

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Account Executive to support the expansion of Mosseru, our shampoo and shower gel brand, across Indonesia.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing regional distribution, establishing relationships with distributors and traditional trade partners, and expanding product availability within your assigned territory.

This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals who understand the local market, have an existing distributor network, and are experienced in developing business opportunities within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with potential distributors, wholesalers, and traditional trade accounts within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective distribution partners.
• Expand product distribution and market coverage across the assigned region.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase product penetration in the local market.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate distribution arrangements with business partners.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and local business opportunities.
• Track sales performance, distribution progress, and account development against assigned targets.
• Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and feedback from distribution partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support product availability and regional sales growth.

About You 

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, personal care, beauty, consumer goods, or distribution.
• Experience in General Trade (GT), Traditional Trade (TT), distributor sales, or territory sales is strongly preferred.
• Existing connections with local distributors, wholesalers, or traditional trade partners are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to identify new accounts, develop business relationships, and expand product distribution.
• Strong understanding of the local market and distribution landscape within the assigned territory.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work remotely and conduct field visits or business meetings as required.
• Must be currently based in the assigned city or surrounding region.
