The ideal Senior Systems Specialist candidate has extensive server-level support experience and expertise in at least one other functional area, such as cloud services, security, and/or networking.\nKey Responsibilities\nHelp people and organizations maximize IT uptime and performance\nProvide Tier II/III support for internal systems and client networks\nMentor support staff\nAssess a variety of technology problems and resolve in a timely manner\nRemote access implementation and support\nManage and troubleshoot Office 365\nDocument activities, steps to resolution, and process improvements\nQualifications\n4-year college degree (IT relevance preferred)\n4+ years of IT support experience\n3+ years of Windows Server experience \n1+ years of Cisco switch experience\nAdvanced competency in IP network switches, routers, firewalls\nOther helpful experience: ConnectWise, Cisco, Amazon Web Services, VMware, SonicWall\nCertifications\nSenior Systems Specialists must possess one or more of the following industry designations:\nMicrosoft Azure Solution Architect\nCisco CCNA or CCIE\nAWS Solutions Architect Professional\nVMWare VCP - Data Virtualization\nHave plenty of industry certifications, but not these specific ones?
