We're looking for someone who can create, adapt, remix, version, and scale video content across formats, channels, and audiences while leveraging AI to dramatically accelerate production.\nWhat you'll do\nPerformance Video Creation\nCreate high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reels, and other digital platforms.\nDevelop engaging motion-first creatives optimized for clicks, engagement, and conversions.\nAI-Powered Video Production\nCreate AI-native videos using tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Pika, and Luma.\nExperiment with emerging AI workflows to improve creative quality and speed.\nVideo Editing & Motion Design\nEdit footage, stock assets, and AI-generated content into compelling short-form videos.\nEnhance videos with motion graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effects.\nCreative Adaptation & Scaling\nAdapt, localize, and version content across formats, channels, and audiences.\nCreate multiple creative variations for testing and campaign optimization.\nCollaboration & Delivery\nManage multiple projects with quick turnaround times.\nWork closely with strategists, designers, account managers, and AI specialists.\nWhat we're looking for\n5-7 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or digital content creation.\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other modern video editing tools.\nStrong understanding of motion design, visual storytelling, pacing, typography, and creative communication.\nHands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and emerging creative platforms.\nCuriosity to experiment with new technologies, workflows, and creative techniques.\nExperience creating digital-first content, including social ads, short-form videos, and performance marketing creatives.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality work at speed.\nA portfolio that demonstrates both creative craft and performance-oriented thinking.\nNote: Experience working with consumer brands, e-commerce brands, or high-volume creative operations is a strong plus.\nWhat success looks like\nWithin your first few months, you'll be able to:\nIndependently produce AI-assisted video ads end-to-end.\nCreate multiple versions and adaptations of video creatives at scale.\nDeliver high-quality video content with fast turnaround times.\nContinuously introduce new AI workflows that improve production efficiency.\nHelp Rocketium stay at the forefront of AI-powered creative production.\nPortfolio requirement\nPlease share examples of:\nMeta/TikTok/Instagram video ads\nShort-form video content\nAI-generated video work\nMotion graphics projects\nBefore-and-after editing examples\nCreative experiments using GenAI tools\nImportant: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.\nBeyond the pay-cheque:\n Unlimited leave policy: We mean it.
