Our experts review outputs, fine-tune the AI, and offer design services at a fraction of traditional agency costs.\nBrands like Amazon, Electrolux, Colgate-Palmolive, General Mills, and Omnicom Group use Rocketium to reach broader audiences and grow digital sales.\nWhat you'll do:\nAs a Visual Design Lead, you will:\nOwn hands-on design execution (key visuals, adaptations, resizing, performance assets).\nAct as a bridge with customers/marketing managers interpreting briefs, ensuring brand consistency.\nConstantly looking for workflow efficiencies, automation, and scaling methods (templates, AI tools, better production pipelines).\nDevelop detailed project plans, outlining scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.\nSupport creative teams in adopting tools and workflows (Adobe, Figma, generative AI) for efficient execution.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution across stakeholders.\nRemain hands-on in production work, setting a high creative and technical standard for the team.\nWho you are:\n8+ years of design experience in a creative/production agency\nStrong portfolio showcasing expertise in campaign creative production and adaptation\nExperience working directly with senior-level marketing and creative folks\nExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma\nExperience with generative AI tools for creative work\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills\nOpen to working in the US shift (12:00 pm to 9:00 pm)\nStrong preference for creative / media agency experience\nLearn continuously, improve based on feedback, and identify with our Prime Directives\nNote: This is a hybrid position with a few hours of work from office on some days.\nBeyond the pay-cheque:\n Unlimited leave policy: We mean it. Studio positioning and how workflows differ from traditional agencies.\nShadow customer interactions to see how briefs are collected and projects executed.\nMap out the existing project lifecycle from brief → execution → delivery → feedback.\nMeet internal creative team members, product partners, and customer success managers.\nBuild relationships with key customers (starting with low-stakes interactions).\nWeek 4-8: Take the reins.\nIndependently manage the intake of creative briefs from customers.\nCoach customers on how to structure briefs more effectively (share the guide, gather feedback).\nBuild trust by being proactive in communication, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time and compliant with brand/legal standards.\nIntroduce status updates/reporting cadence for visibility across teams.\nExperiment with Rocketium’s AI + generative tools in live projects.\nShare feedback with the team on how AI can speed up execution or reduce repetitive
